VP of Operations, Anatomic Pathology
Lynn has over 30 years of experience in laboratory operations. She has served in director roles for large laboratory companies including AmeriPath/Quest Diagnostics (NYSE: DGX) and American Pathology Partners (AP2), where she oversaw all anatomic pathology operations in Texas and the East Coast –a total of four facilities over three states. Lynn has substantial experience in setting up a variety of anatomic pathology departments, including cytology, histology, flow cytometry, molecular, and FISH. She also managed all CAP/CLIA inspection planning to ensure no deficiencies.
Lynn is a Six Sigma black belt trained and holds multiple certifications in leadership and departmental processes. She holds a BS from the University of Oklahoma and is ASCP certified.
